well made, nice and sharp, also good wood handles

These are pretty decent knives, an upgrade over our previous ones and a good price. The biggest issue is finding a storage block for them. The blades are wider than our existing ones, so they wouldn’t fit in the slots. After a lot of searching, I found one I thought would work. The problem was the handles are wider than normal. So while the blades fit in the slot, the handles were too wide to fit more that three in a row. I know this isn’t a knock against the knives themselves, but it kind of is. You really need to plan in advance how you are going to store them. I didn’t think it would be an issue, but it is. Unless you want to get a block that will store like 40 knives, there really isn’t anything out there to store these effectively.

These are the things I dread buying, as a homeowner and someone who cooks everyday, I suppose that's interesting because I spend so much on tools, well, it's nice to have things that will hold up well, look good, and last! The wooden handle needs epoxy over it. The rivet protruding is a no go on the Falcon series, along with smaller handles, and potentially cracked wood. I want to throw knives in the sink and forget about it. For this price point. With that said, I don't think these will do that. I have to get sleep. I hope this helps, black hawk is pretty nice!

These knives are less than a year old and the handles are deteriorating and the rivets have fallen out.

Product looks and feels good to hold but knives are not sharp. They are made in China. Not worth the money.
