Well. I think most of them may be a little loose for her. Some of them were bigger and some were a tighter fit.

Are these machine washable?

I washed mines by hand...I guest you can Machine wash them...but if you do place your Washer on a Gentle Cycle...the fabric is delicate and stretchable...you don't want to mis-shape the headbands.
