I wear a woman's 8.5 in sneakers. What size should I get?

I wear a womans size 10 and ordered a size 9 I would go one size smaller

Yeah they are really good nice and light . But perfect for leg day . Atleast i use them for leg day and they are really good .

Im confused some are saying go half a size smaller and some are saying half a size larger im an 11 and have a narrow foot i just wanna make sure ?

I'm an 11 also. Went with 11 and I'm good. I have a wide foot so I have no issues. I don't know how a size smaller with help with the width but I think you will be fine.

Are these good for boxing

I use them for boxing training however the toe cushion is minimal and as you know you use/ are on your toes a lot boxing so I often get blisters.
