Works fast!
Quickly ease the cramping of my charley horses. But mostly I know I need to be sure I'm hydrated, since that's the usual cause. Love that they're quick dissolving also.

Effective within the moment!
My leg cramps were so bad, I couldn't sit! Painful whether driving or sitting on passenger seat. Both the PM and AM helped me BIG time :) Since you put them under your tongue, within the minute it's effective in decreasing intensity of pain and enjoy sleep (PM), driving (AM) with and doing my chores. I used them regularly for 2 weeks, now I seldom use them. No sie effects, so give them a try. BTW painkillers like ibuprofen did not help! Hyland Keg Cramps PM and AM did:) Plus ibuprofen is bad for your liver if you consume it regularly for a long period.

Works!
Seems to work after using 3 nights and stopped on the 4th and got cramps. Took 2 and the cramps instantly went away.

Amazing
I know my leg cramps are about to flare up when it feels like a small finger is poking my calves in different places. If I do nothing, it won't be long before my foot starts to turn in from a cramp. If I take a pill or 2 these little miracle workers, it all goes away within minutes. Another thing it helps with is morning leg cramps. Apparently, I stretch my legs when I wake up. I never noticed till it started to cause my toes to separate and curl from a debilitating cramp that would make me jump out of bed. You get sick of waking up like this real quick. If I take 2 pills before bed, I have a pretty good chance I can wake up in peace. If I sleep in on the weekends its a bit of a crap shoot. I have never had any sort of adverse effects from taking these. Probably the only supplement/non prescription type drug I've ever taken that gave me results in less than 5 minutes. Give it a shot

It's natural and effective
I sometimes get restless legs at night and this does seem to help I do like that they are Pleasant tasting and dissolve quickly in your mouth it usually doesn't take long to get relief so I think it is a good product overall and a good value for the money I keep it on hand

This is one of the best products I have used for leg cramps witch hit me with no warning and once I take about 4 of these tablets that melt on your tongue? Within minutes my cramps are gone. I would not be without this product

Google Quinine before you order, which is main ingredient
Definitely stops leg cramps within < 1 minute yet google quinine, the ingredient, before you order. Mustard works well too! Someone told me about the mustard after I ordered these.

Do you get leg cramps even when you drink enough water and follow drs instructions? Two of these and you are good for the night, which for whatever the reason is when these leg cramps got me. Quinine. Seems too be the main ingredient, yet much more effective than drinking quinine. I showed these pills to my dr and they said they seem in harm and that if they work for you that’s great. I felt this was important enough to write this review, hopefully they will help you let me know. Thanks 🙏
