Arrived next day, good value for money considering what is included in the box.So far I am really happy with it, easy to use with clear instructions, I made the Greek flag using the mat 🇬🇷 😁. Need more practice but very cool hobby. By the way the case quality is very good !!!

Bought this pen for my teen after reading the 70+ reviews and seeing the 4.2 star score, great purchase right? WRONG. First pen had to be sent back after it shorted out and failed to heat up properly.Second pen heated up far beyond the 190 degrees, and began to melt the tip-plastics of the pen itself. Daughter got a breath of melting plastic which has left her with a sore throat. Pen continued to heat up and melt, and when unplugged it cooled before the melted parts solidified. Dangerous is an understatement. Do NOT buy this.

Bought for my daughter, she loved it. Light to hold, easy to use, not too bulky and enables you to create like a dream. It worked for one week then died. Sent back for a refund. Bought second pen as beloved we were just unlucky and like I said, worked like a dream. Worked for one day and had to send it back. I do not know if it was the length of time it was used, we were creating one of the guitars on the “ideas” insert that comes with the set. The product comes with lots of colours of material to choose from and create. The pen comes in a lovely little carry case. Everything looks amazing, maybe we were just unluckily, twice!

I don't think so that a kid, like shown on the picture can build a 🐳 wahale, or anything similar, this tool is more likely to use for welding plastic. Fixing or glueing 3d printed parts.It can extrude: PLA, eFlex extra flexible rubber filament, TPU, ABS, PETG, almost anything in the temperature range, so it's really great tool.

I bought this for my daughter who is doing GCSE Art. She has never used a 3D pen, but within a couple of hours she was knocking out pieces of art with it. So, I can definitely say that it is good for beginners. I can’t comment on durability yet as she’s only had it a couple of weeks.

Bought this for my 10 year old granddaughter for Christmas as she had asked for one, she was so excited when she saw it but her smile soon turned to a frown, we read the instructions very carefully to make sure we were using it correctly but it continually keeps blocking up! Had to watch a u tube video to find out how to unbloke it and you have to take the pen apart, no matter how many times we try it still keeps blocking! Not impressed at all especially for how much it cost
