Bed Head by TIGI Manipulator Matte Hair Wax Paste – Strong Hold Styling for Short to Medium Hair, Matte Finish, Texture and Definition, Tropical Scent

I have recently had my hair cut very short - kind of pixie style but not spiky. I have very, very fine hair and literally everything I put in it either makes it sticky, flat and greasy. I viewed many, many videos on styling fine short hair before I had my hair cut just so I had some idea of what to do once out of the salon and left to my own devices! In practically every video I watched, this Matt Manipulator came up. I have always like Bed Head products and this is excellent. At first I wasn't sure if I would need wax but after the first at home hair wash after having it cut I realised that I would. Luckily, I had already bought this. It really works, does not make my hair sticky, gives it more body and hold and keeps the shine. A little really does go a very long way so in terms of value for money I think this hits the mark, I think it will last me a very long time! Once it is gone though I will definitely be buying it again. Assuming I outlive the current pot.

Good product, good texture. Easy to apply. Can sometimes make hair feel a little greasy, especially in warmer weather. Good value for money and has a reasonable hold but would recommend styling powder over this if you'd rather the style last all day rather than the restyling that this offers.

I bought this matte hair wax paste to help control my unruly hair and to help me try out different hair styles. I have quite long hair which has traditionally been difficult to style, and this was going to help me change that. I’ve tried various gels and mousses in the past. I like the design of the jar this comes in, and when you open the lid you’re greeted with a pleasant citrus smell - it doesn’t smell overly pungent or fake like some other gels I’ve tried. The instructions on the advert make it look quite easy to apply, but I wasn’t ready for just how stiff the paste is - it’s like handling clay. You really need to spread it between your hands to thin it out before applying. I will say that for fine hair I don’t think this does the job well, because it needs a good amount of hair to hold on to. It did shape my hair well enough, and the effect lasted well into the evening which was good. This is definitely a product where a little goes a long way. I can’t complain about the price, especially considering how long each tub is likely going to last, but it’s a bit greasy and tough to get started with.

Bought this green clay and the blue putty to make my mind up which I like it have short hair frizzy sometimes unruly hard to get into place and stay in place hair the putty i genuinely dont think stays in place a have to use hairspray on top this the clay so much better hold for my type of hair was easier than a remember to use and still be able to work the hair into a style usually a get the product in then cnt move my hair to do anything with very happy with it and will remember clay green tub 😂

My son has extremely thick, full and dark hair. My nephew has very thin blonde hair. Both of them swear by this product. My only problem? You can NEVER find it on the shelves in the area I live. There is always this big black hole where the matte manipulator should be. I bit the bullet and started paying full price on amazon due to the fact that it's such a popular product. It is evident it's one of the most versatile, well liked hair styling tools for men. I can't speak from personal experience, but as I said, it's evident. I have two teenage boys who can't live without it and a bunch of empty shelves where it should be. The only negative comment, which has nothing to do with the product itself. One time during the shipping process, it had that large sticker seal on it so it made the cap sticky when removed. The next time it was only shipped in bubble wrap. No leaks and much cleaner. I didn't have to bust out the goo gone. One thing I will mention. With this paste, I'm advised that less is more. If you put on too much, your hair will just look greasy. It will have a flexible hold with no dandruff looking gel crust. And the best part. It smells so damn good.

C’etait ma pâte coiffante préférée depuis un moment. Elle offre une super fixation qui tient toute la journée sans cartonner les cheveux. Ce que j'aimais : L'effet mat : Pas de brillance grasse, le rendu est très naturel. La texture : Facile à travailler dans les mains et s'applique bien. L'odeur : Très agréable, comme souvent chez Bed Head. Il en faut très peu pour que ça fonctionne, donc le pot dure longtemps. Depuis j'ai changé de coupe de cheveux et j'utilise une poudre coiffante.

Har svårt att hitta produkter som håller mitt hår på plats under en hel dag. Men den här produkten är riktigt bra.
