## Description

The Little Giant Velocity is a lightweight two person ladder constructed of a special alloy that makes it 20 percent lighter than any comparable industrial-rated ladder. The Velocity also includes several innovative new features such as the dual-pin hinge and the easy-to-use Rock Locks for quick adjustment. **Q: what is stepladder hight**
A: About 4 feet as a step ladder. Fully extended about 11 feet.

**Q: My 13-foot ladder does not have wheels.  Are they hidden somewhere to be attached by the user?  They are shown in the picture in the instructions.**
A: My 13' ladder did not arrive with wheels. I called Little Giant, and they confirmed that their product should have them. Apparently Amazon got a bunch of 13' ladders with the wheels missing. Call Little Giant customer service, and they will send you the wheels. (Bravo, Little Giant!)Edited:Hmmm.  I got the wheels, but they don't fit.  The contour of the plastic on the wheels does not match the contour of the ladder (or the old feet).  Bummer.

**Q: How tall does the stairway position extend? I need to paint on a stairway that goes up to 13 feet**
A: Don’t get fooled by the name of the product! It’s actually Model 13 not 13-foot! It extends up to 11”. So you proabably need to get the Model-17 which extends up to 15”.

**Q: What does it mean without ratchets?**
A: Thanks for your question. Some versions of this ladder come with Ratchet Levelers, which provide built-in leveling for using the ladder on uneven ground. This product does not include that feature.

Sturdy, strong, smaller in compact height than my other flimsy ladder but becomes much much taller with a few clicks. This is so well built, well designed and thoughtful. I love the strong levers that are safe to use and give you a satisfying feeling when extending / contracting. Absolute must buy. I got the 22ft one and when compact is shorter than my other 4 step cheaper, but weaker and flimsier ladder. It’s not as heavy as I thought and I’m glad I got this. Easy to extend. Watch the YouTube videos and you’ll get it immediately. Takes a few seconds and is very safe to use. It doesn’t move / twist as you climb up, so is very well built and balanced.
