Can this tripod is sturdy for Canon 5d mark 4 to hold with lenses 24-70? And 70-200?

I have used it with a Canon 80D and the Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM Lens and it works fine. Of course the lens has a mount bracket in the middle to "balance'" the weight of the camera and lens together.

does Rangers have a replacement plate for the tripod? i want to mount extra plates on some of my larger lenses instead of the camera body.

Is this good for video? Smooth panning? Are handles available?

Definitely good for video in terms of smooth panning as it has can rotate 360 degrees while DSLR camera is sitting on Tripod. Not sure on handles.

Are extra quick release plates available separately? If not, can anyone recommend one?
