I’ve been taking Nutrivolv Marine Collagen (1000mg) for a while now, and I’ve started noticing my skin looks a bit more healthy and glowy. I can’t say 100% that it’s only because of this supplement, as I’ve also made a few changes to my routine, but overall my skin does seem to look better and more refreshed. It’s easy to take and hasn’t caused any side effects for me so far. I like that it also supports joints and general skin health, so I’m happy to continue using it and see longer-term results.

Skin a lot better since taking.

Well i did not buy for skin benefits but for joints etc as im knocking on in years. However i have noticed a subtle difference in skin but a big diff in joints and creakiness. I dropped a star not because of a fault in product but for me although they did not feel as if they upset my tummy i was making extra loo trips.

Bought this product to help with my complexion and skin moving forward into my early 40s. Turn 40 this year. Was optimistic but unfortunately they disagreed with me and had to stop. I took the recommended amount for 1 week and noticed my skin had already started to become softer and less blemished. I did feel happy looking at my face but around day four I started getting really bad stomach ache. I did an AI search and it said it was most likely the ingredients that wasn't the actually collegen that was upsetting my tummy. I really didn't want to stop them has i was seeing subtle improvements so I dropped the tablet to X1 a day for 3 days thinking the intensity of the X3 daily reccomendation could be to much for me personally. It didn't help. My stomach upset continued and after three days of just taking X1 I had to stop and not to be tempted I had to bin them. I couldn't choose vanity and insecurity over my stomach. It was a dull boaring pain that I couldn't shake. It completely dissagreed with me. AI mentioned a protein binder within the tablet for the college. Think this was what my stomach struggled to break down. It saddens me that I couldn't continue has I know they would have been the perfect healthy boost for me without going down any cosmetic routes. It was absolutely worth the try but wanted to be honest it wasn't for me. I would most likely try a drink collegen powder next but my stomach was way too sensitive so I'm not rushing into the next purchase just yet. Happy I tried. So I would say for the price and quality go for it. You never know. But it's back to the drawing board for me.

Easy to swallow not too big, good value for money, I’m on my second month of these and I’m sure I can see a difference
