I didn't find a drill book, but you can do a search on google and find a ton of drills .

Does this work well indoors?

Yes, I use it in my basement gym with my 14 year old son.

Are the cones soft and bendable if stepped on, or hard and will possibly break if stepped on?

They are soft and bendy. Don’t stay put well on hard surfaces, but still are bright and give a good visual of where drills move.

Exactly what I needed

Great product. Comes with storage back and Velcro so it doesn’t get tangled while it’s put away. Easy to adjust ladder on the ropes. Works great for my trainings!!!

Soccer warmup drill

I purchased this for initially for training for my son when he started soccer. I ended up donating it to our soccer coach because he started each practice with footwork drills with the 7 year old kids. Great buy and I would buy it again.

Great for kids learning to play soccer

My son has been doing drills at his soccer academy and this just allows me to bring that practice and exercise home with me. Now he can do it any time and it works just as well. He's 5 years old and he loves helping pick up the cones and laying them down, as well as doing the agility ladder. The quality is nice and it feels like a legit training area when it's all set up. Which my son loves.
