When fully inflated the paddle board is firm and fine for use on the sea. I read reviews on other paddle boards that not all are firm but this one is. I love that it has the kayak attachments too. That was why I bought this one. Would say the bag for carrying it all in has no padding so depending how you pack it, it's not the most comfortable to carry for prolonged distances. I found having used the extra kayak paddle the clasp on the extendable paddle board paddle no longer held the pole and it slips up and down during use. I contacted the seller and they were really helpful and sent out a replacement straight away. I use mine mostly on the sea and I find it is worth washing the clasps on the kayak seat after each use or the salt causes them to seize up and become really stiff. I am really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone starting out.
