what size is the toddler size?

My daughter is a tall 18 month old, and it will be big on her. I ordered the larger size for my son, and it is huge. The sizes run large, but they both love the costume!

My daughter is 4. She is 35 inches tall, weighs 45 lbs and wears a 6t. What size would you recommend?

Definitely NOT the toddler size., my son is currently 40" and 40 lbs and he wore this last year so obviously he was smaller then. (He was Everest obsessed and after looking everywhere to find a non- dress Everest costume we gave up and bought this. we cut off the skirt and he wore the vest part over purple pjs). At the time he was just starting to wear a 3t . He wore a footie pj under the costume and it was an okay fit but not much room to grow.
