ACCURATE, COST EFFECTIVE, PLASTIC NOT STEEL
VERY GOOD -> VERY ACCURATE -> PLASTIC NOT STEEL that's that part of the review. These do in fact work to 0.1mm and they are quite great quality for the price! However, if you want the most accuracy possible, go with a set of steel calipers instead. These are plastic and are able to bend slightly under some load. For most caliper related tasks these are great.

Calipers
Great value, have been using for over a year now in some rougher conditions and still works well. Original battery still going and has enough resolution to measure standard bearings and was used to measure mussel shell lengths in my dissertation. Composite is a little more fragile and less accurate that a quality metal set of calipers but for the price these are great and have got me through uni

Non metal vernier caliper
This vernier caliper can be used to measure pipes and any other objects. It seems to measure well. It can measure in mm or inches. If it shows as starting from 0.5 mm just if you press 0 (the yellow button) it starts then from 0. It has an on and off button Does have one battery that can be replaced. It is easy to use compared to non digital ones. I did not test it much but soo far it works. The display is clear and is good value for money. It would benefit from a hard case as being plastic can be vulnerable to damages without a case and also the butons can be pressed accidentally to switch it on while not in use but the case might increase the price. I recomend it for home, casual use to measure a pipe in the bathroom for example.

Does not come with a case
It's so cheap you could buy a few of these. (The cases seem to be more expensive than the caliper.) There is no locking screw but for everyday general use it's perfect.

Plastic! but they are ok
Plastic caliper so not expecting quality but they do a job. The only thing that's annoying is they dont come with a case so the battery runs down because when you store or lay them down the on botton gets turned on and depleats the battery

Only used a couple of times, worked ok but broke after several months.

Excellent value for money
They are plastic and cheap but for the price they are excellent value for money, I wouldn't use them for precision engineering but for 3d printing measuring and tolerance they are ideal
