This is a great deal!
I was a little nervous with the lowest price for a 16GB Surface 4 15" being sold on Amazon. The description was "like new" so I decided to go for it. Wow, this thing is totally new. The plastic wrap was removed prior but the power cord still had the rubber bands on it and the box was original. Mine came with Windows 11 Pro (it was advertised as Windows 10 pro) so maybe not exactly as described but this feels and smells like a brand new machine. I put it on a full charge and used it off and on for 3 days and still have battery left. I'm 100% satisfied with this machine.

Compact laptop
This is a great compact laptop from Microsoft. I've had a Surface Pro in the past...but like this folding Surface better. I use this as my home office unit and it's held up wonderfully and handles everything I've needed it for. Travels well when needed and paired it with a wireless Bluetooth mouse. When I use it in my studio, I connect it to additional monitors for more real estate via a docking station.

Great transaction and great Brand New laptop
This was exactly as listed in the offer. It was a sealed brand new Surface Laptop 4. Had no problems setting up Al worked perfectly.

2 of the 10 laptops I order are DOA
As stated 2 of the 10 I ordered are DOA. 2 more I was able to bring online after leaving them plugged in over the weekend. Unfortunately we didn't find the defective units until after the return deadline. Reached out to the seller with no response. As it stands now I have two $1000 paperweights. Microsoft can't help as the original purchase by the seller is long past the date for any support.

These are absolute crap and should be recalled
I was provided a Surface 4 Laptop for work. Closing all other application and just attending a zoom video call causes it to overheat and crash. Over and over. Place it on a cooling pad to actively cool the bottom, it still thermal trips and crashes. No lie, the only way I could maintain stable performance, again this is just for hardware-accelerated video conferencing, was to place the laptop directly on a fabric-lined cool pack... Those things full of gel you freeze and use instead of ice. I suspect there are subpar heat pipes and thermal interfacing, poor fan ramping and overall performance characteristics, as well as XE Graphics being terrible. Other laptops, with beefy dedicated GPUs can be used to mine crypro for goodness sake. This thing chokes on Zoom. Complete abysmal fail from Microsoft.... 4 These should be recalled. The design is flawed. They couldn't possibly not know it. Don't care what the sales price is, I wouldn't pay $200 for this. Plus since when is an utter lack of ports good design? The whole point of a laptop is the whole system in one form factor. This thing has one usb-a port. So plug in a receiver for a mouse and keyboard, you have to use a hub or usb-c adapter for a flash drive or security key. No Ethernet either. This line of laptops is garbage and the only saving grace is the thermal runaway doesn't cause the battery to explode. There's a great spelling point.
