Love these!
I have ordered 10 or more of these in the last several years. They really help with my foot drop from CMT! I’m so glad my physical therapist recommended these!

Good for the short-term
Good short-term solution for foot drop. Provided the support I needed initially, though I experienced some ankle discomfort after extended wear. The Velcro held up well for about three months, but eventually started to lose its grip and didn’t stay secure.

Meh
Uncomfortable, helps the drop but not so much my foot turning in.

Keeps foot at lifted angle. No dangle at all!
The media could not be loaded. So far it's working amazingly. I'll be taking a long awaited walk soon and will update afterwardsUPDATE:Just walked a full mile with no foot drop issues! I'm super excited that this simple device works like magic! Heel to toe! Finally after years of lifting my knee to clear the ground and getting so tired quickly. I could barely walk 1 block.Im able to wear a regular lace up sneaker again. Also very easy to set up on my shoe. Thank you so much for this product. I'm ordering a second one for my other shoes. If I could just buy the clip device separately that would be even better but until then I'll just buy another set up.If you suffer foot drop..please try this. No more ugly orthopedic shoes or clunky brace!

What’s the point?
The media could not be loaded. Doesn’t work. It’s crap. It’s made well… but garbage. When you get a diagnosis like this, and I told you need to wear a brace, you kinda want the brace to actually do its job. This thing has NO support. That is with bare feet and with a shoe. (See photo.)

Impressed so far
My husband is recovering from devastating West Nile that paralyzed his lower extremities. His left leg came back within 10 months but his right leg is still not there. His right leg was in a hard AFO to his knee last year, then he moved to a $1000 AFO orthodic to keep his knee locked when he walked that would allow for ankle movement and a more normal gait and to let his calf muscle develop. Now it;s time to start transitioning to something that would help around the house for short distances for foot drop since his knee locks until he can be fitted for an orthodic that will work for long distance outside. SO impressed with how this works and how he can take a near normal step with a leg that hasn't taken a decent step for 2 1/2 years. Purchased totally on a whim and so glad that I did!

Disappointed
I suffer from foot drop due to prior stroke and was very excited to try this and be able to use it around the house however, I was very disappointed as I read a lot of the reviews before I purchased this and it seemed to help them. Maybe it's the circumference of people's legs and feet. I have skinny legs and a skinny foot and this product did not help at all the length of the cord that you buckle was way too long even when I put the second brace higher up my leg it did not help with the function of lifting up my foot whatsoever. I've tried every single possible option. I am giving it to stars only because it's a great material. I just wish it would have worked for me.
