Hour Meter Black

I installed this Magicalmai inductive hour meter on my new Honda lawn mower, and it's been absolutely fantastic. It's a compact device, easy to install, and exactly what I needed to accurately track usage hours for proper maintenance scheduling. Installation took only a few minutes—I wrapped the included wire about five times around the ignition coil lead (spark plug wire), secured everything neatly with the provided adhesive tape, and used an extra zip tie through the mounting holes for added peace of mind. No external power needed—it picks up pulses directly from the engine. The device started logging hours immediately after installation, accurately tracking every mowing session. Now I can easily see exactly how many hours I've run the mower each week, which eliminates the guesswork and makes oil changes and other maintenance tasks a breeze. It also helps greatly for equipment resale down the line, as buyers appreciate knowing exact hours. The waterproof design has held up great; my mower occasionally sits outdoors under a cover and has weathered rain without any issues. The screen is simple and clear, showing hours and tenths—nothing overly fancy, but very easy to read. Considering its reliability, ease of installation, and affordable price, this hour meter is a must-have addition for anyone with a Honda mower or similar equipment. Highly recommended!

Works great on 2026 Bighorn 550 to show hours for oil changes. Can’t beat the price. Simple to install.

Works perfectly, as described

Worked like a charm. Easy to install. I ran the wires along the generator railing and mounted it on the faceplate to make it look factory. Tested it while breaking in the motor and it tracked accurately. Only thing I wish was different was the white lettering. I'd like to see it unbranded on the front so it could look completely OEM once installed on the generator. Maybe just put the branding label on the back.

Very easy to install on '24 CRF250f. However it did not come with double stick tape. Luckily I had a roll of 1" 3M brand 5952 VHB tape.

I installed this meter on my Wen generator and it is working well. I can't speak about it's lifespan since I've just installed it. Hopefully it will have a long life. It was easy to install.

Works as it should. Easy to install. Great addition to my Inverter/Generator.

Just as the part description says, EASY INSTALL !! Pulled it out of the package and had it installed so fast, it took longer to run the engine to test the meter. Wow!! Very impressed with how easy and so accurate it is. Very nice unit and really inexpensive for what it does, keep your equipment out of the shop and do timely oil changes. Put this on an old generator and works great. Now for the older snow blower too. What else can i add this to is the question to save me money and time. Thank you !!!
