Worst Product Ever – Total Scam! This machine stopped working within a month — nothing functions: no massage, no heat, no rollers. Despite raising complaints, I received no response from the company. The after-sales service has been absolutely terrible. I would strongly advise against purchasing any product from this brand. For nearly two months, I made repeated efforts to reach out — over 30 phone calls, several emails, and messages — yet there was no resolution. Neither was the machine repaired, nor was it replaced or refunded. They even closed my complaint two to three times without actually resolving the issue. I was repeatedly told that a technician would visit, but no one ever came. There was no communication or follow-up of any kind. This entire experience has been mentally exhausting. I genuinely feel harassed and deceived. The product is useless, the team lacks professionalism, and even their supervisors show no accountability. This brand has failed to deliver both in terms of product quality and customer service. Highly disappointing.

However, it honestly barely reaches the proximal one-third of the leg. It does not provide a true calf massage, so if that is what you are specifically looking for, this may not meet your expectations.
