Spicy, flavorful, savory and delicious!
This spicy batter traditionally is used on Cod but I have used it on Salmon and it is delicious no matter how you do it! This is typically a savory batter and is used on fish. Some of the flavors include Himalayan salt and coriander seed. This is a South Asian dish.

Arrived damaged, can't even return it
Item arrived with beat up box and even the inner pouch is punctured and has a hole, opening it to the elements. And I can't even return/refund it. Ridiculous.
