Wandering Nature Plant Pot 6 Inch Indoor Ceramic Flower Plant Pots with Drainage Holes and Saucers, Planter for Home, Office and Outdoor (Pink)

I ordered the pink and green versions of the blue one I'd already gotten. The blue one is really pretty, and it's glazed. Even though I ordered the same pot in different colors, they are not the same. The new ones are not glazed, they aren't even the same shape, and if you get dirt on the outside when you're potting a plant it leaves a stain. I'm very disappointed. 😪

I wanted to like this pot and saucer so much more than I do. First off the colors are exactly the same online as they are in person. The speckled pattern in the pink is really pretty and the gold line is very shiny and even. The pot is about as heavy as you would expect and as with anything ceramic is fairly fragile. If you were to knock into the pot or saucer hard it would chip. If you were to drop it, it would shatter. The pot is plenty large enough to hold a decent sized indoor plant. The drainage hole in the bottom would allow for bottom feeding plants and I could see this being ideal for succulents.There is one major problem with the whole thing though. The type of ceramic material it is made out of is super porous and sucks in ever single drop of water that touches it. For that reason even dry feeling dirt can easily be sucked in to the pot to a degree. This leaves large brown/black stains all over the pot. Meaning if you accidently get any dirt on the outside of the pot you are going to have a permanent stain on the outside of the pot that looks horrible. Also if you accidently spill any water over the edge and it has even a fleck of dirt in it, that will stain too. So while I do think this pot is a good size, has been manufactured well and looks beautiful I can't recommend it. It was created with one major design flaw and that is that the pot will be dirty so fast it won't be beautiful anymore.

It’s a good size for a little flower pot, nicely painted, and I love the gold stripe detail. I do have regrets on the color I picked though.I was disappointed in the shade of pink- as it’s a very bright, almost pesto bismol color of bright pink as opposed to a blush pink. I was hoping it would match my blush colored front door (pictured in the background on one) but it clashes pretty hideously so I can’t use on my front steps like I wanted to. I need to rethink my use for it and just find a spot for it indoors with a fake plant in it instead, so I’m a tad disappointed. It just looks more like a pink for a little girls bedroom than a modern dusty pink that I would have liked more. That might be sort of on me though, as it was a gamble on if it would match.The bottom also has a bit of a sponge print look to the painting technique that I wasn’t 100% into either.I do love that it comes with a saucer, so if I use indoors with a real plant down the line I don’t have to worry about excess water drainage onto my side tables. The main pot also has a good sized drainage hole.It feels sturdy and well made.It’s Made in China and says that in huge letters on the bottom of it.The shape is nice and straight and modern and I love the shape and weight and feel of it.It’s packed really well in styrofoam with the two pieces not touching each other and boxed tight so it’s not moving or going anywhere and it was in perfect shape when it arrived with no issues.I think it’s a tad expensive for one somewhat small pot, but it’s pretty well made.Overall I’d recommend it, as long as you are flexible on the shade of pink.I do think it would make a good gift item for a plant lover.

As just a pot there is not much to say about this. I put a small plant in this pot and have it inside. So far the plant is doing great, the plant is draining well and there is plenty of space for the roots but that just depends on what plant you are planting. The main draw of this plant is the design and for the most part I love it. The pink was a bit brighter than I expect but it still looks great and the contrast between the white and pink draws attention to the pot and thus to the plant. However I was really disappointed by the gold strip. Mine had almost no shine to it and is much more brown than it is gold. It looks very much painted on and it really takes away from the pop that this pot could have had if the gold looked like it did in the picture. In the end its a nice pot that will defiantly stay use but it’s disappointing how close it was to being great.
