Great product
Fantastic Pre for those of us that are more caffeine tolerant than the average Joe. I'm serious about that, this stuff is POTENT. It also includes efficatious doses of Citrulline and Beta Alanine which is a nice touch compared to other products (albeit only if you take it every day which would be excessive - still nice though and should provide some benefit if not the full effects). As for the drinkability the flavour of the watermelon version is surprisingly pallatable and I had no problems atall with it (I wouldn't say its super nice - it is still preworkout afterall) and is dissolves easily in 200ml of water with a shaker. overall 10/10 would recommend, best Pre I've used.

Really good but start with only 1 scoop
This is my second preworkout, I started with the optimum nutrition one and that was decent but wanted something with more of the actual important ingredients. Love this preworkout but I’d recommend starting with only 1 scoop and taking a week or 2 off every now and then as personally my tolerance builds very quickly to this preworkout compared to others. Taste isn’t exactly amazing but it does give you that energy you need.

Tastes worse than you can imagine
On taste I’d give it 1 stars and under. My advice is throw it down your throat and move on lol. Performance is decent, I actually like it tbh minus the taste. I even threw it in a shake and with some real watermelon and nothing helped it. I slap it in the min amount of water and neck it. The product I kinda like, starts off intense with energy then but by bit it slows down. Giving you a good rush for hours. The main rush is about 1 hour or so and overall around 4+ hours. Rush wise it’s better than the pre made syrup shots.

Gives a gnarly kick. Does the job. Flavour not the best but the gainz from it are. Does a better job then some of the more expensive ones. Better effects but flavors are meh.
