Best cycle which can make your life healthier
In this price range this product you can consider without any doubt , the product is fantastic although few changes maybe make it more perfect

Good Cycle, Easy Assembly, Minor Issue
Overall, a good exercise cycle for home use. Assembly was quite easy as most parts were pre-installed, and the required tools (wrench and Allen key) were included in the box. The only thing missing was the batteries for the digital display. The cycle feels sturdy and works well. There were a few minor scratches and dents on arrival, likely due to transportation. My main concern was that the handlebar and seat had some wobble because the padding inside the adjustment rods wasn’t a perfect fit. Tightening the locking knobs reduces the wobble, but then the height adjustment mechanism becomes difficult to use. I contacted PowerMax after they called for feedback, and they were responsive. They advised me to raise a service request and arranged for a technician visit to address the issue. Bought this cycle for my mother, and she’s happy with it so far. Apart from the minor issues mentioned above, it seems like a good value-for-money product.

Worst service support.
Worst customer service ever. Its left paddle started wobbling on second day and there was no support provided. Dont purchase this. Too bad service and low quality product.

I got my product with installation wellwithin .24 hrs Service manager Mr. Ehsanool & Engineer Mr.Rajdeeo Sarkar was quite professional with very good knowledge of product .Rajdeep Sarkar time commitment and very pleasing personality is quite worthly to mention here. Overall very good experience with Powermax and their technical team .👌
