This was just what I needed to hold wires for my laptop, docking station and 2 monies. Everything is nice and neat under my wood desk-cords seem to just disappear. Love it!

Firstly, the screws are not great for wood and were immediately stripped the first one I tried. I had some Ikea wood screws I was able to utilize instead which worked fine. The depth could be slightly increased. While this will hold a good sized surge protector, the "lip" side is too tall for power bricks to rest firmly attached. The lip could easily be decreased to solve this. The 'mesh' nature of the unit is fantastic - I had a headphone amplifier I did not want obscured back there, I was able to zip-tie it through the mesh for it to go under the bottom mesh and it worked quite well. Two of these create a versatile setup where you can cram a lot of stuff in if done carefully.

Holds all my wires and massive power strip. I drilled it into my desk. Everything looks much cleaner and tidier. There are more expensive options I considered but this is great value in my opinion.
