Of course, everyone is different, but if you are on the fence start tracking your energy & productivity levels with a daily log and see if they improve once trying this product. The only possible downside to this product is that I have noticed more restless sleep since taking it. I take 1 capsule each morning, so again hard to say if this product is responsible. I will continue to monitor that effect. Despite having a little more trouble getting out of bed in the morning, however, once I do get up I'm ready to kick some butt. Its pretty remarkable, really. Adrenal fatigue is a very real problem in today's stressed out society. Unfortunately, western medicine has been slow to recognize that there are levels of dysfunction between normal, health adrenals and full adrenal failure (such as Addison's disease). There are several home tests that you can check, as well as certain symptoms you can observe that can point to under active or poor performing adrenal glands. You may notice nothing more than you are constantly exhausted and "running on fumes" all the time. This formula contains a collection of classic Chinese herbs that are used in Eastern medicine to support your adrenals.
