Don,t get your hopes up
The mold and mildew feature worked for only one year. After that, the mold and mildew was back with a vengeance. Waste of time and money for this product. It might work in an arid environment, but is totally useless in the humid South.

I never received this but used it in the past...
... and really like this paint. Sadly, I can't find it locally so I ordered it from Amazon but after 10 days they told me it was lost so I cancelled the order. I may try again because I have found this to be an excellent paint to use in damp areas where it's easy for mold and mildew to take hold.

Shipping Issues
We love this paint but it arrived damaged with paint all over the inside of the box. Additionally, the replacement came in worse condition with paint dripping from the box leaving stains on my front porch. I got permission to not return the paint but I am still working on getting a refund.

Unable to find locally. Had to order online.
I cannot comment on durability or longevity since I just put the paint on a few weeks ago. I applied it to new bare wood, over a coat of primer. Two coats seemed enought to cover, but I put three coats on the exterior side of a new door and up to six coats on end of posts and stiles. Flows on nicely with brush or roller. Ask me again in four years about durability and longevity.
