## Questions & Answers

**Q: How can one get more fluff? I’ve waited two weeks for it to expand. More fluff would make it better.**
A: Yeah forget that waiting!! I reached in and broke it all up. That will help it expand. I thought the same thing as you when I opened mine. Once you break it up it will expand more through the use of it. I believe you can order more through the company. But I like what came with it after I broke it up and it expanded. I hope this helps.

**Q: Can I return it after trying it out and decide it won’t work?**
A: As of Apr 2021 it does look like item is returnable, but it might not be free

**Q: Can i buy just a cover? i purchased a full already but changed room decor and now i need different color cover only. thanks!**
A: Yes you can

**Q: How tall is the seat from the floor? Looking at the Queen.**
A: Hi there!

Our beanbags are 100% adjustable, so the height of the beanbag in chair form is different for each person. On average, It sits about 24-48 inches, depending on the size of the beanbag.
