After using this serum for about 1-2 weeks, my skin appears plumper with healthier color overall. I love this serum. I use it with vitamin c serum and squalene oil, I have lovely skin. Why 3 stars? Because I'm trying to re-order it. What keeps getting sent to me? Hyaluronic acid. Which is about 1/3 the price btw. Why is Amazon sending the wrong product? Because the Hyaluronic acid has the Matrixyl 3000 barcode sticker on it. Someone has mislabeled the H. Acid as the 3000 serum and sending it out by mistake. Is H. Acid good, yeah it's great. But the 3000 serum is better and it's what I paid for. Amazon sent a replacement. Sweet. Annnnnd they sent Hyaluronic acid again. I've tried getting in touch with an Amazon rep but with no success. Ok, I'll just take a refund please *Update: I finally got the correct product. When I took it out of the box, the serum had a ever so slight brown tinge to it. I didn't have another bottle to compare it to, but I could've sworn the product was clear? But I doubted myself and figured I never noticed? Idk... I began using it... I think I got a compromised bottle. The skin on my neck is inflamed, the skin around my lips is irrated, the serum is *almost* sticky but not enough to really notice unless you've used it before. I've also been having to peel the serum off the bottle, like you do with a glue bottle; never had to do that before. I'm pretty bummed, I love this product. But it was a hassle to get it this time, and once I finally did, I feel like I got a contaminated bottle.

I’ve been faithfully using The Ordinary products for a couple years now, and although my skin had somewhat improved during that time, my progress totally plateaued and I got discouraged. I have been using this for about two weeks now. I realize it’ll take time for me to see any “major” differences in appearance. But the *feeling* of my skin already?? My God you guys… my skin quite literally feels like a baby’s butt. I keep having to muster up the self control to quit touching my face because I’m just so flabbergasted by how soft it feels all of a sudden. The texture of serum kind of feels like a water-based lube 😆 I actually love the feeling of it. It’s my favorite product to put on my face right now. I have to add this disclaimer: In addition to this product, in the last couple months I have also… - Switched from TO Squalane cleanser to the La Roche-Posay Toleriane cleanser - Stopped using TO Hyaluronic Acid - Switched from Dr. Thayers Blemish Clearing Facial Toner to TO Glycolic Acid Toner - Started using TO AHA + BHA Peeling Solution - Started using RoC Retinol Correxion Line Smoothing Eye Cream - Started using Morganna’s Alchemy BellaTox serum - And added a Puresoft filter to my bathroom sink faucet. So… a LOT has changed for my routine lately 😅 It would be nearly impossible to be able to identify how this product, alone, has impacted the health of my skin. All I can tell you for *certain* is that it feels PHENOMENAL on the skin. I am a believer that this (along with BellaTox and the retinol eye cream I added to my routine) will help prevent any oncoming wrinkles in my near future (I’m 28 rn)! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

This product firmed up my face. But it did dry out my skin. I add quite a bit of moisturizer on top. This helped the dryness. Good product.
