fixed my aircon in minutes
disclaimer: I used this with the 'Aircontopup' hose (B084ZWD3TM), so please bear that in mind. very simple to use. just follow the provided instructions and as long as there's no underlying issues with your aircon (i.e. dead compressor, or major leaks) then you should have a working system in minutes. in my example adding the Leak Sealer alone was enough to make my aircon blow cold straight away, but the system pressure was still a little low (which is exactly what is supposed to happen). I then added the refrigerant as recommended, and I now have perfect pressure in my system and a very cold car. great value for money compared to getting an aircon re-gas at a main dealer / garage. I opted to buy the 'Aircontopup' hose (B084ZWD3TM) so that I could ensure everything was from one single vendor, and whereas that piece of the puzzle was a little more expensive than I would have hoped for the hose can be reused if you buy either / both of these cans again in the future - which is *exactly* what I am going to do. massive opportunity to save money. really simple DIY job - if you can fill your engine oil / replenish your tyre pressure you can fix your aircon. things to bear in mind: * make sure you buy the right refrigerant for your car - there are two of the same car in my household and each uses a different type. check you make sure you know which one you need, and how much you need. I searched online and found there's a sticker inside my car which confirms these details - you'll have something similar. * make sure you buy the right hose - they're not all the same. I'd recommend the 'Aircontopup' hose (B084ZWD3TM), however the price is a little high. it works with these cans (which are 1/2 inch coarse right hand acme threaded) and with R-1234YF aircon systems. * make sure you know where your aircon system's low pressure port is. I searched online and found the answer, but each car has it in a slightly different place.

Cured leak, excellent products
Excellent products, used with their pressure gauge hose sold alongside which is high quality. Aircontopup has videos on their website which are good to watch a few times first. Also helpful to search online for ' low pressure charging point' for your car model, which was actually more accessible than first thought. Cured leak, cold air for heatwave, very satisfied! Had a new condenser fitted few weeks previously as corroded and leaking, but gas/chill only lasted few days, as probably evaporator leak within dashboard area. This cured it for fraction of the further potential cost.

Works temporarily
Used this twice now. Temporarily fixes the leak and blows cold air for 4-5 weeks. After this it fails as it has not permanently fixed the leak. Might simply be my car needs a full replacement.

Great value to top up your aircon.
Great value for money. Easy to follow simple instructions. Worked immediately, solving my aircon problems with my Qashqai, and much cheaper than a trip to the garage. If it's the first time doing a recharge, you'll need the kit with the gauge. Make sure that you order the correct gas for your car.
