Is the neck flap piece detachable?

I just received mine and the flap is attached. There is a place for the flap to be tucked under neatly and it also has velcro or a sew on strip to keep it from falling out.

What is the country of origin?

On the label of the hat is Made in China.

Do they make this style in adult size?

At the time I ordered they did offer other hats that were larger sizes.
