The experience was better than expected
My first order did not go so well, but I missed an email sent to me by the company. I cancelled the first order and reordered. I received the second order in a timely manner. I had to take it to Mobility Express to connect the necessary wiring. I am no longer able to do the mechanical work I used to. ME was able to attach the wiring directly to the battery as per the owners manual. My family and I enjoy the lift as we were putting the scooter in and out of the van ourselves, very heavy. Now with a push of a button the scooter is lifted or lowered with ease. We really enjoy our new scooter lift, it also looks good on the van.

solid and stable
Being handicapped, picking a 50 or 55 pound electric wheelchair and putting it in the back of my SUV is ridiculous. Using a ramp or automatic carrier makes the weight of this or a heavier machine not an issue. It was not obvious to me, but this is a Harmar manufactured lift. I am pleased about this. The vendor tried to prevent me from installing this on a Subaru forester. I did anyway. So far so good. I don't recommend you do it. I drive very carefully and avoid speed bumps like the devil himself when carrying my 90 pound chair.

Very easy to use
The lift is very easy to use. After a couple of times, it took me less than 5 minutes to load the scooter and anchor it down and be ready to go. Can't wait for the weather to turn nice again so I can use it again!
