Exact replacement for the charger that came with my phone.

I am experiencing only 20% maximum charging reduction. Never got a 50% reduction.

I have a Galaxy S6, which doesn't have a port for a microchip. The ONLY way to transfer photos and videos from my phone to my computer is via the USB port/charger (unless I attach them one at a time via email and wait for each one to upload before I can go back and individually attach the next, which would take days; Androids don't let you select attachments in batches like iPhones). The original EP-TA20JWEUBUS charger that came with my phone was beginning to fray, so I was excited to see one on Amazon for under $10. Yay, I thought. The cord arrived quickly, looked exactly as pictured, and charged my phone (not very fast, but it still worked), so I was happy - until I plugged it into my computer to transfer all the files that had been piling up and it suddenly had an unclearable Code 9 error and insisted my phone was an unrecognized device. Many headaches, file transfer program uninstall/reinstalls, and resets later, my local computer store techs are going to have to charge me to fix a problem on my computer caused by this cheap, faulty Samsung adaptive cord. I was only thinking of replacing a charger to keep my phone's battery from dying, but now my phone is at its size limit with media I can't transfer, and I have to come up with money to fix the computer issue. This cord wasn't worth the low price, and I'm kicking myself for not just driving to a Verizon store and paying for the cord I had originally bought when I got my phone there instead of trusting something cheap on the internet. As I hadn't seen any warnings about this in customer reviews before I purchased this cord, I just wanted to warn other people about the transfer issue so they won't have to deal with what I'm going through :(

For travelling

I ordered this as a backup for travel, however, it never made it on my trip. While the cord worked just fine, the plug portion died after about 20 minutes of charging. There were no tell-tale signs like over heating, nothing. It literally just died. The nice thing is that the customer service folks at the company issued me a refund after asking me to send the product back. The downside is that I purchased the product for a reason and now I have to purchase another one for future travel. I gave 4 stars because the customer service was great but the product sucked.

Good product. As advertised

I was skeptical due to the fairly horrible reviews, but was surprised to find that this works great. The original fast charger that came with my phone crapped out after about seven months, and since this is Samsung, I expect this one will probably do the same after a couple months, as well. BUT, the fantastic thing is, with the charger I received, the wire of the USB that plugs into the adapter is a lot thicker than the one that came with my phone. It's almost like it's covered in that rope-like material that some electronics use, instead of just flimsy, bendable wire. So, maybe that'll help with its overall longevity. Who knows? I don't.

I didn't realize how short the actual cable was going to be when buying this product so I had to change where I would be placing it but after using it for a few days, it is a very fast charger. My old one, which was labeled as a fast charging cable though the base may not have been, took 4+ hours to charge fully from 5% or just around that amount. With this charger, it took 1 hour 14min to charge from 2%. I was very surprised at how fast it really is and I am happy with my purchase.

Hace tiempo compre un cargador de este tipo y me pareció buen producto después de mucho tiempo de uso, por eso decidí comprar otro.Al principio estuvo funcionando muy bien pero un día en la mañana, revisé que mi celular seguía sin cargar al 100% y fue cuando vi que el cable estaba en ese estado.El cable dejó de funcionar para carga rápida y datos, solo carga "normal", el cuadro sigue funcionando al conectarle otro cable en carga rápida, pero..., ya no me da confianza este producto.

pues de manera breve, les comentare que a los dias de uso, note que se sobrecalentaba de mas el cable usb, hasta que en n momento, hizo un tronido, y boto el cargador el cable.el cargador sigue funcionando, pero tuve que cargarlo con otro cable. asi que aguas!!!

Lo recibí, lo conecté, funcionó 5 min y dejó de funcionar, ya probé en diferentes contactos y con diferentes cables y no funciona.Lo peor es el que el costo de envío para devolver sale más caro que el reembolso así que me quedaré con un cable usb y un pisa papeles. Tendría -5 si se pudieran poner.Vayan a su MOBO Shop local, cuesta más caro pero es 100% original Samsung y no tendrán estos problemas.

El producto es bueno, la funcion de Fast Charger funciona perfectamente cargando mi celular de manera rápida y el cable también se siente de buena calidad.Lo único que se me hizo raro es que el producto me llegó en una bolsa ziploc dándome la impresión de que es un producto clonado. Probablemente si lo sea ya que el precio es barato, sin embargo funciona a la perfección.

Es un cargador normal de samsung pero al parecer no esta funcionando el cargado rapido ya que me esta tardando hasta 4 horas para una carga complera ademas de que hace un pequeño ruido como sumbido cuando esta cargando el telefono, espero ver si tiene garantia o si es normal esto
