I bought this yoga block for my child's physical therapy sessions, and it's been quite helpful. The non-slip surface provides excellent stability during exercises, which is crucial since my child practices barefoot. The colorful design makes it more appealing for kids too. I really appreciate how it's the perfect size for small hands to grip during stretches, and while being lightweight, the firm yet comfortable foam supports different poses wonderfully. It's also easy to clean after use. The only slight drawback is that the 4-inch height is a bit tall for my child's foot positioning in some exercises, though this might vary depending on the child's age and size. Overall, it's a quality block that gets the job done for therapeutic use. With its durability and safety features, I'd recommend it to other parents for kids' physical therapy.

I absolutely love this block. It’s literally the same one that we use in PT for reverse clamshells. The only gripe that I have is that every color should be the same price had I realized that purple was more money I would’ve went with the blue or the black I don’t know why companies feel the need to charge more for different colors. That’s ridiculous. Other than that this is a great block.

I ordered these yoga blocks and was really disappointed with the quality. One of them arrived already damaged, with dents and cracks on the surface. For something that’s supposed to support you during yoga practice, this makes me feel like they won’t last long or be reliable.
