I love these removeable bottom tart pans. I've made numerous tarts and quiches in them. They brown the crust well, and it's so easy to remove the tart, just pop it out of the tray from the bottom! They stack on top of each other well and save space. Super easy to clean since it's nonstick. I hand wash the whole thing in soapy water and use a soft sponge to go over it, then rinse and lay each piece out to dry before stacking it to put away.The set came very well packaged, each tray in it's individual plastic bag to prevent scratches. These worked exactly as described! I made Gluten Free quiches with them the other night ago and the quiches slipped out perfectly with no damage to their crusts! I would highly recommend them, and in fact plan on buying several more sets -just in case! One thing I will suggest is that though they are non-stick, I still spray them lightly with some oil just to be on the safe side.I haven;t used them again since *handwashing them, and will update further down the road how well they maintain being non-stick. (FYI every non-stick pan, baking sheet, etc. has a definite lifetime it’s just based on how many uses and how well you care for them that determines the kitchenware’s life expectancy). So far though with the first repeated uses they seem like they’ll last for a while! I’m using only hot boiled water and a gentle bathtub loofah to wipe away grease, paired w/ dish soap.

I absolutely love these mini quiche pans. I bought them to use for thanksgiving this year. It was just my husband and I, so I made individual apple pies for us. Instead of one big pie. And our anniversary was the day after Thanksgiving this year. And I made mini Quiches for breakfast for us. This pans work so well! The pies/Quiches came out of the pans easily and they cooked so nicely. I saw someone complain about them leaking a lot no matter what they made or did to try and help them not leak and that worried me. But only one of my pies leaked very slightly. I definitely recommend these to anyone looking for mini quiche pans. For info they are 5inches in diameter about an inch deep and 6 came in the set. They are also dishwasher safe. My dishwasher leaves spots on them though, so I handwash mine.

Received this item today to make a small quiche. The minute I added the egg mixture the whole thing leaked. Returning for a refund.. if you planning to use any liquid I do NOT recommend.

This pans are great! Great quality and clean up was quick and easy. I used a basic sweet tart crust recipe when using these tins. I cut a circle that was larger than the pan and then gently pushed the dough in the pan and against the sides and then cut off the excess dough. After popping the tins in the freezer (with the dough) for a 10-15 mins I put the pans directly on a cookie sheet and slid it in the oven. The removable bottom made it super easy to pop the tarts out after they had baked and cooled. Everyone loved the tarts and the crust was a hit!

These pans were even better than I expected. They are very decently sized and are capable of comfortably holding at least 1 cup of material. The edges are nice and deep (unlike some of the other popular mini tart pans sold on Amazon), and the sides come off smoothly. They are lightweight, easy to clean, and stack neatly for easy storage.I first tested these pans by baking earl gray cookies, and as you can see, the fluted edges came out beautifully. Tart, cookie, pie, quiche....everything came out looking gorgeous. I legitimately currently cannot think of a single criticism for these tart pans, and strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to step up their baking game!

The product is as advertised. The quality seems right for the price point. This is not super high quality, but they function well for the money

I got these pans because I thought it would be so neat to pop out the finished quiche, assuming the weight of the mixture would be sufficient to keep the seal, since I like to make crustless quiche. Nope! I've tried them 3 or 4 times now. The best luck I had was covering the bottom with bread crumbs; but they still leaked. Fortunately, I've always had them on a cookie sheet; so the disaster was contained. But the last time was the worst: I had more egg outside the pans than in! And about being non-stick... it took 30 minutes of scrubbing to clean them up this last time. So, no!
