Not only does the fountain create an interesting focal point, but the water sounds can be heard indoors and are extremely soothing. The design of the fountain is great and doesn't look nearly as "plastic" as most. This unit has two power cords, one for the fountain pump and another (with a transformer) for the LED lighting that is at the center of the lower bowl. This lighting is not documented in any of the information I found, but is exactly what I was looking for. The water in the bowl "glows" at night and creates a very interesting effect that reflects on the rest of the fountain. The controlled flow of water has very little splash, which means this fountain does not require constant filling. By the way, there is no dusk-to-dawn function for the light, but I resolved that easily by adding an inexpensive sensor-controlled outlet in front of the transformer. The fountain pump runs all the time.I had only one problem with the initial installation... the pump distributes water to three different points in the fountain: the top vase and to two sets of three outlets or jets in the bowl (which creates a swirling motion and maintains a certain level of water in the bowl at all times.) The hose connecting to one of the swirling jets was disconnected... simply reaching into the reservoir from the back of the unit and reconnecting the hose fixed the problem.My neighbors are all envious and have threatened to steal my fountain. I love it, everyone who has seen it loves it... I've even purchased another similar fountain from this same manufacturer for use indoors. It's a winner for me! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I so love it! THe sound it makes is beautiful *by A***T on April 24, 2017* I so love it! THe sound it makes is beautiful. You can control the level of how fast you want the water to pour out. It is a very easy set up. I would kist recommend to level your floor and to cover all plugs to protect it from the sprinklers or rain. It lights up beautifully. If you have it on a timer you will need 2 separate timer as you only want the LEd light to come on in the evening time. I would recommend it to anyone. So cute.
