The suitable inseam is Max 36.2" -Min 27.5" as the video shows ( in the video we set it at level 1 at min, but we can also set it to level 0 lowest, the seat tube is 6-sided, it will keep stable) Please kindly measure the top of your inner thigh to the bottom of your ankle - if it's less than 36.2 inches, this bike will fit for you. Hope my words are helpful:) Any further questions please contact the JOROTO support team: support@jorotofitness.com, or call Technical Support TEL: 1-888-828-2521 Thank you so much for your attention on JOROTO! **Q: Has anybody actually contacted customer service with Joroto? I can't get them to respond? Right pedal came off two months after use.** A: I also contacted them by email provided and they were very prompt and helpful and replaced the belt I was having trouble with for just the cost of shipping. Problem solved. **Q: The right pedal is "clicking" during rotation. Has anyone else experienced this? Other than this it is working perfectly!** A: Yes. I contacted Amazon about the click - amazing that they got the seller to answer me immediately since this was an amazon purchase but not by me, it was a gift. We took off the right pedal and installed it correctly as Joroto instructed via directions and photos. It works perfectly now. The pedal had been installed incorrectly, apparently a common mistake. The bike is awesome and I am very happy now that there is no click noise. **Q: I need help I am replacing the belt and I need instruction how to put the bike into place** A: Hello dear customer, please contact the support team to get detailed instructions. Our support team email address is on the back cover of the manual, have a good day! ## Frequently Bought Together - JOROTO X2|X2PRO Exercise Bike, X4S Bluetooth Stationary Indoor Cycling Bike with Readable 100 Levels Magnetic Resistance, Plus 12.6 inch Tablet Bracket Exercise Bikes for Home - Cycleclub Bike Mat Compatible with Peloton Bike,Elliptical,Treadmill Mat, 6mm Thick, Under Exercise Bike Trainer Pad for Indoor Stationary Spin Bike Gym Equipment Hardwood Floor Carpet Protector --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/320726090-joroto-x2-x2pro-exercise-bike-quiet-magnetic-resistance-stationary-bike](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/320726090-joroto-x2-x2pro-exercise-bike-quiet-magnetic-resistance-stationary-bike) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
