The fight you get from your catch might be greater than that of a fish though. Good luck! **Q: Hi this can cut wire bit 0.40 lbs ?** A: HI Juan, The cutters on our pliers are very strong carbide cutter and probably can cut wire. But we would not recommend it as this prolonged use such as this could damage the cutters over time. **Q: Are they big pliers** A: Hi there, The plier dimensions are 7.2" X 3.0" They are not oversized. **Q: I just got my order and the tips seem really small- like needle nose- are they big/strong enough for getting out big hooks???** A: Yes, I have had no issues with these pliers. Had no bending present when removing hooks. Like them a lot. Will be getting another pair for my other backpack. ## Frequently Bought Together - KastKing Cutthroat 7 inch Fishing Split Ring Pliers, 420 Stainless Steel Fishing Tools, Saltwater Resistant Fishing Gear, Tungsten Carbide Cutters - KastKing Paradox Fishing Scissors, Stainless Steel Precision Fishing Line Cutters with Non-Slip Grip, Protective Sheath, Small Scissors for Braided Fishing Line - KastKing BlowBak Tactical Fishing Sling Tackle Bag-Lightweight Fishing Backpack-Storge Fishing Gear and Equipment-Fishing Gift for Men --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/320636444-kastking-cutthroat-7-inch-fishing-pliers-7-inch-straight-nose](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/320636444-kastking-cutthroat-7-inch-fishing-pliers-7-inch-straight-nose) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
