I have looked at this watch a few times at local jewelry stores and it has always been listed as a 38mm diameter case. is this 42 or 38mm? With crown?

There are differing size ranges, but this particular one is 42mm without the crown.

what is the lug to lug measurement

Case diameter is 42mm, they say in description, and it is. If you go to Hamilton website, it is available in a smaller diameter as well.

How many times do we manually wind for full powers( 80 hours)?

For regular 40 hours, you need to wind 20 times so I assume you need to do it 35 to 40 times to be fully wind
