can I purchase replacement lid for this pallete?

I doubt it. But the price of the palette is so low you can just replace the whole thing. I work with several, one for each piece I’m painting.

Hi. Could this be used for watercolor also? What’s the material?

I have personally never tried it with watercolor but I really don't see why not. It's simply maintaining a wet palette.
