Can you replace the braided steel air hose with a longer hose and air chuck?

You can change the hose. I replaced mine with the regular air chuck hose just because the one that it comes with has a clip fastener and some wheels are too small in the area where the valve stem is and cannot air up with the clip.

Initial description says zero to 200psi. as i continued to look at specifications i found: minimum 5 to 200psi. which is it?

The display shows zero. All of my use has been 100 psi and it’s been very dependable.

My pressure gauge reads zero all the time, but it fills the tire fine. Is there a procedure to clean and/or reset the display?

When you connect it, it should show the pressure, but when you push the level to fill the tire, it will not show actual pressure again until you release the lever.
