Healthy, nutritious, low cal, tasty snack
I've been lifting weights, and simultaneously trying to lose weight. This is a great high protein, low calorie, nutrition dense snack, for what is, as of this writing, a pretty good price. It's tasty, with just enough pepper and sugar to give it some life and some bite, but not so much as to be intolerable.Best thing - no MSG. This is a pretty good, healthy snack all around.

Great bait for the dog show ring.
I show my dogs and I have to change up the bait that I use in the show ring. this is one of their favorites so when I need a little more energy out of them, this is what I take out and they love it.
