PH10mm 77"x14" Programmable LED Display Board with WiFi - Full Color Scrolling Sign, High Brightness Advertising Screen for Business & Retail Stores

Only difficulty ANYONE should have with this sign is the "how to program" part of you are the toss instructions aside and just figure it out type of person! However, if you use their video and watch it from the QR code it's sort of easy. There is a learning curve. Take the time and figure it out. Not every font will work or size font, or command that look right or flicker ect... 100% recommend this sign as it's super versatile and on the app on your phone you can save signs and store them when not in use. Cool text is an amazing feature. I'm still learning but totally love this sign and it's ease of use from my phone. Sign is light and durable and you can hang it from zip ties if wanted from the sliding loops.

Good

On the same day I received it I tested it out. I installed the program on my computer and upon plugging it in it turned on great with a welcome sign on it. I followed the basic instruction booklet in its entirety and programmed my message and saved it to the flash drive that came with it. I stuck the flash drive into the usb slot located on the side of the sign panel and like the instruction said i waited for it to say ok and then remove the flash drive. It worked! Bright light and random sequences. i decided to add more text and once I changed the text on the program and repeated process, this time the alphabet turned into chinese characters and I couldn't change it after that. Tried numerous times to unistall program and reinstall and repeat instructions and still nothing. I emailed customer service that was on the business card provided by manufacturer and my email returned saying domain doesn't exist. Got suckered! Oh well..I returned it the same day and got refund back. I'll go downtown and purchase one that I can see on display instead. Talk about an instant elation on seeing it work to super fast disappointment within 10 minutes.

We received our 40x8 sign and, of course, I had to get in and play with it right away. Although I tried to follow the instructions in the rather sparse manual, I had trouble making the sign to work right away. The good trait of the manual is that it will connect your with HELP by simply going to their website or emailing them, which I did. I received an answer from Nichole within 24 hours and we started working on the sign and its setup. I have to admit it was a bit more than I was capable of doing, but once I returned email to Nichole, corrections began to happen. Although it took a while to get everything going right, She clearly knew what she was doing and had the patience and skill to figure out what the problem was and fix it. We used TeamViewer on my computer and I allowed her to control the system from her computer. The sign is a quality piece of equipment, simple in its design but well constructed and designed. It came with two hangers attached and a number of gadgets to hang it. Simplicity at its best. Well packed in foam with a thin plywood cover, the sign was well boxed. The combination of a quality sign and even better quality customer service makes this message board a real buy. We are going to purchase more from this company. A+++ for them

feel like giving it 5 stars for value, but its a bit hard to see in daytime, and the resolution is P10 as stated, so limits effectiveness for background animations. also the programming takes some time to get used to. overall ill likely buy a few more as it is an AMAZING value. im very impressed. commercial quality for sure.

I was hesitant because of some reviews but rolled the dice and I am so glad I did! I had it set up and running within an hour! Easy to use, and it functions very well and looks GREAT in the window of our church!

While this product has such great potential, the interface and structure is less than desirable. The system allows for a unique ability to load custom video's but your options are either feeding the system existing videos, which the software compresses into the format that the video system can handle, or using video's in a predefined format. Neither of which is easy to use and ends up looking very disproportionate. However, after some extensive trial and error, and using their proprietary software, you "CAN" get something semi passable. But the leg work to do it, is not as cut and dry as it is presented.

I sell eggs from my home on a major highway. In the past we have used only vinyl signage. Since I bought the LED SIGN my sales have doubled. Although the complexity of the sign combined with the difficult instructions makes it somewhat tough to make work at first, Nicole's customer service made it work for our small business. We are happy we purchased this sign that has paid for itself in the first 2 weeks. Our customers and neighbors have all said they like it too.
