WaterBoss 700
Love this replacement! We had a WaterBoss that lasted 25 years. This new one is soooo efficient. The only thing that I had to change on the install is the hose attachments are 1 inch Not 3/4 inch on the actual softener, so be prepared. :-) Overall great company, and don't hesitate to call them!

System works great
The system works good for being a small footprint system. My only complaint is there isn't a battery backup. Every time there is a brownout or power outage you have to take the top off and reprogram the system.

TERRIBLE customer service - BEWARE
New filter started clicking and purple water at sinks. Called company and spoke with a nasty female. Very short with me and angry. I asked her why she was so nasty to me. She said call back and talk to someone else. She Hung up on me. Tried to call back and no one answered. Left messages. Got email back that said turn filter to bypass and unplug from power. No recommendstion or suggestion??

Terrible customer service!
Broken 3 days after having a plumber install it. Loud clicking noise started, we called the company. Customer service set us replacement parts THEY KNEW THESE UNITS ARE HAVING THIS ISSUE. waited 2 weeks for parts which they said was easy to replace. They said only 3 screws! Lies. 2 hours later and flooded basement it's going back. I called the company to tell them what happened and they said there was a problem with O ring now. When I said I was going to return it they said "Have a nice day!" Wow. I normally do not write reviews but this company is terrible.

Garbage
This product is the biggest waist of money. Is constantly breaks down and the water comes out brown and unusable. Buy any other product.
