Hakubaku Mochimugi Udon noodle with Dietary Fiber from barley 9.5 oz 3 pack

I tried this udon noodle in two ways: hot soup and chilled soup. Both were very delicious. Probably because this noodle uses mochi wheat, it has the great texture and the taste of mochi wheat is also wonderful.

I love this barley noodle. I use their barley rice mix, so I try the noodle. After I boil the noodle, I like to rinse them and eat with cold noodle dipping sauce. Amazing!!

Disappointed that the strands are not thick like Donnie’s supposed to be. They look bigger in pic. And not as chewy as frozen udon.

The ingredients are simple and can be safely fed to children. It is also very easy to make, so they eat it often. It contains glutinous barley, which makes it sticky and delicious.

Little bit more you pay and taste way better than other dried udon noodle for me.

Delicious! I like that these are easy to cook. They also don't get soggy easily! I really recommend this udon. 弾力があっておいしいです。太すぎなくて食べやすいところも好きです。

I recently received my much hoped for Mochimugi Udon noodles only to discover that the expiration date is 10/09/2023, less than two months from now. And I can't return them for a refund because they are a grocery item. Buyer beware!
