**Q: Does this have added sugar?**
A: In one shape or form all oat milk has sugar, oats contain energy in bulky proteins that are broken down by the alpha-amalaise to stop it turning into porridge when you heat it.

**Q: Does it work with aeroccino?**
A: Yes that’s what I use I do find the milk works better when chilled enjoy

**Q: is this gluten free please**
A: The ones I received WERE gluten free, which was a shame as I don't need gluten free and they didn't taste as nice as the normal ones I buy from supermarket.

**Q: Can you use this for cooking and baking?**
A: Barista plant milk is usually for hot drinks and that is why it is usually more expensive. I would personally use a non-barista for cooking because it is cheaper and has less (foaming) ingredients. There isn't any guidance suggesting to not use barista versions for cooking, so the choice is yours...
