Review: Great cookware. - This is my third pan by Sensarte and I love their cookware. This pan is really nice; I love that it is deep and a perfect size for my family. This is the only pan I have in a blue color which is beautiful. My other pans are in the white color. These pans hold up well and heat evenly. It has a heavy base and sits flat, the handle is lightweight and comfortable and doesn't tip. The high sides are wonderful and the inclusion of a pour spout is an added bonus. It's very non-stick and super easy to clean, and we're getting excellent browning I originally bought this pan to take camping, but after trying it out in the kitchen my wife and I have decided that we love it and we're keeping it inside. While testing it out with the little camp stove which has a very concentrated flame area, the pan distributed the heat pretty well. We got good browning On about 2/3 of the bottom surface which os pretty darn great!

**Q: How much does the pan weigh**
A: For the 10" pan, about 4 lbs with the lid and 2.6 lbs without the lid.

**Q: Is it still worth $55 after a few months of wear? I’m concerned about only having 1 month to return it.**
A: I've had mine for 2 months and it is like new.  However, I don't use it every day but do use the two smaller Sensarte pans I've had for almost a year and they too look new.  Also, my largest pan is 11" I have found 12" pans awkward to use and larger than I need, but that is a personal preference.

**Q: Can this pan be used to fry steak?**
A: Yes, but remember this pan does not like rapid heat changes. Heat the pan on medium heat, and once it’s hot it will fry any meat. High heat is unnecessary for anything other than boiling water, and you won’t be doing that in this pan.

**Q: Is this product made in China?**
A: Yes, it is made in China.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice size and great non-stick performance

Great sauce pan! Deep enough for one-dish-meals (think Hamburger Helper or similar)--but still convenient to use as a general-purpose frying pan. Non-stick coating works well and cleanup is easy. It's thick enough to distribute heat across the pan nicely--even frying and simmering. Gigantic bonus points for no rivets inside the pan! The handle mounts to the pan itself rather than being riveted on to the pan the way most fry pans do it. About the only minor negative is a very slight doming--the bottom of the pan inside isn't perfectly flat; oil will tend (ever so slightly) to move toward the outside edge of the pan. It's almost unnoticeable (and if it were worse I'd return the pan). I mostly mention as it's the only negative I can think of. I've never used on high heat--always medium to low heat settings (so I don't think I've warped the pan). 4.9 stars.
