for the rhinestone watches for women, here are the steps to adjust the strap: 1. find the holes and arrows on the strap, take off the needles from the hole according to the arrows with tools 2. take off few parts of the strap like the 1st step, adjust the strap according to your wrist 3. connect the two parts of strap, put the needles into the holes If you still have any problem, pleae contact our after sale service, and they will send you schematic diagram

It actually runs big if you have a tiny wrist. I am still looking to remove a few Steel strap from mine to make it smaller.
