So far this truly has helped eliminate odor AND does not irritate my skin even right after shaving! Not one bit! Relieeef!!
I'm actually kind of blown away at how much I love this! I have pretty sensitive skin and prior to this, had not found any deodorant (even natural, organic ones) that did not somehow still irritate my skin, especially after shaving! So because of this, I have had to settle with non-fragrance deodorants to keep my skin irritation minimal but it obviously gave no help for smell...I got the lavender and I think it smells great (like I think actually true essential oil, not like the heavy soapy kind of fake lavender smell) and the smell is not really overpowering or anything, it's like just the right amount, in my opinion. Anyways! For some reason lately I feel like my pits had been smelling worse so I thought I would give it a try to scan natural products and their reviews. I was basically already sold on this just due to it's ingredients, I thought it was at least worth a try, but the reviews helped. I noticed some people said it caused them to no longer have bad smelling pits. Some said it didn't help. Some mentioned it did after some length of time from detoxing... Well, I've had this for less than a week and it's working amazing for me! Before I would try using my no fragrance stuff more than once a day just hoping to help, and sometimes even after showers I didn't feel like the odor was fully gone. Somehow this has taken that away! I should note, right before trying this I did experiment with a homemade mixture of bentonite clay and activated charcoal for my face and body, so that could have made a difference? But I'm not sure if it would really had made THIS much of a difference. For me, this is pretty pricey considering the little container you get. But, I don't even need to use a pea sized amount like the directions say, so for me I think this should last long enough to justify the cost. If you have pretty sensitive skin to chemicals, fragrances, shaving or whatever and typically get the wonderful burn after applying deodorant or glamorous red inflamed skin, this is worth a shot! For YEARS I have tried to find products that at least minimized my irritation, since I could never find anything that truly made me have none, and I'm actually kind of ecstatic to have tried this and that it works for me! So I hope this review helps others who may be like me :) The ingredients in this are awesome! Colloidal silver does amazing at fighting various germs or skin infections so even that alone was a big seller for me since when we shave we get little tiny nicks and such and germs getting in that is probably one reason why we get razor burn, my own theory anyways. So that combined with the other wonderful ingredients just seemed like a recipe for at least some sort of success/improvement lol Lastly, it is not really messy or anything. Since it's fall now, mine came in solid form. I could tell a little separation had happened at some point but barely and i just mixed it up. It melts very easy on your skin! You don't need a lot, so it really shouldn't be messy. I just put a little on my fingertip.

Fantastic!!!
I've been using natural / aluminum-free deodorant for about a year now. A friend recommended I try this one, and I was thinking I needed to try something else, so I just bought it without really knowing anything about it. So the get-to-the-point-quickly thing I want to say is - this stuff is AWESOME, and it works, and you should totally get it if you are looking for a natural deodorant. After 3 days, I'm totally hooked, and will buy it again. (But not for a really long time, because you only really need to use a little bit and it seems like it might last forever.) Here are a few things you should know - this comes in a little tub, not a roll-on type of stick that you might be used to with deodorant that you buy in the store. So although the picture makes that totally obvious, that threw me off because I wasn't paying attention when I bought it. I didn't think I'd like getting deodorant on my hands, but it turns out that it doesn't bother me, because, whatever is in this makes it apply and feel more like a lotion when it goes on. It's nice and your body will just absorb it, and it doesn't feel gross at ALL. It has coconut oil in it, which I love because it's not greasy. The smell is nice - like lavender, and it's not overpowering at all. And speaking of smell, this stuff seriously works. With my other deodorant, I feel like I needed to reapply it mid-day, especially if I was out and about (and hello - with 3 kids, I'm ALWAYS out and about, and who remembers to carry around spare deodorant? I don't. Ever). Anyway, so the first day I was using this, I was working at a kids summer camp helping to make and bake 120 challahs. And somehow I was not smelly at the end of the day. Tired and covered in flour, yes, but at least I smelled nice! :-) Yesterday, I had three parties with my kids and we were out and about from 9am-10:30pm, and this stuff lasted ALLLLLLL day. How does it work? I have no idea, but I l-o-v-e it. Oh, and the last thing to know is that this is a deodorant, not an antiperspirant. So it's not made to block or stop sweat (plus, it's healthy for your body to sweat). I'm not particularly sweaty, so it's not a big thing for me, but if you are, consider that if you've never used natural deodorant. Although, on the container it says that the activated charcoal can absorb 1000x it's weight so it seems like it *could* help prevent wetness. My overall thoughts on this is that it's pretty wonderful! Love, love, love!

I have found THE ONE !!!!
I decided a few months ago to stop using commercial deodorant due to the aluminum and other chemicals used in making it. I just stopped using Anything !! Needless to say..I was washing the underarms QUITE often and using a lot of lotion. Then I started using Witch Hazel after washing to help dry them but once dry, using body lotion.. Then I saw an article abut Natural deodorant and went to Amazon and started looking at the products. There were several...with different prices, amounts etc. I read the description and reviews and decided to try Kaiame Naturals.....I received my order on time and had to mix it, as was stated, which was no big deal....there is not a lot of secent, especially Fake scent....the scent is has smells fine to me. It mixed very well and I used a pea sized amount under each arm ( I use the wooden mixer provided to scoop out the product , as I feel using the finger might compromise the mixture...NOT saying it does....just saying My Opinion) AFTER using the Witch Hazel (and letting dry). Ot works GREAT !! It does NOT stop sweating....which it should not..BUT..it does STOP ODOR !!! I was impressed !! In fact, so impressed I sent my Daughter , who is BIG into natural ( she has a PHD in BioMed so she knows a bit about chemicals) a jar. She just received it yesterday so has not developed a strong opinion yet. So today I decided that I would really put it to the test and go outside in 86 degree weather and weed my flower beds and dig holes and plant 3 new flowers !!! Needless to say...I was sweating BUCKETS !!! EVERYWHERE !!! I then came inside.....got cold water and sit down to relax under the fan....after a total cool down I went out to pick up lunch.....now...THIS is when the odor happens...After sweat has died ....but...NO ODOR !!! Thats right !! NO ODOR !! To say that I have found EXACTLY what I was looking for is TRUE !!! I shall be ordering this for many years to come... Why mess with perfection ???

Wow a working natural deodorant!
Honestly, it takes a lot for me to write a review. It either has to be a horrible experience or a fantastic one. I don't mean to be extra or oversell either. My backstory: Petite female, not a gym rat Wet underarm tendency Was starting to smell funky using regular deodorant even after reapplication I gave this a try and was genuinely surprised. I mean it acknowledges that it's not an antiperspirant but I was desperate. I wanted something non irritating but natural that wouldn't make me smell funky. I also didn't follow the natural detox rule either which is what like 1-2 weeks, but who can do risk letting all their natural musty smell out in real life? Not I. First use, I found that I wasn't as damp under there as I usually am. Maybe I have overactive sweat glands from just sitting naturally but if I'm not moving around or working out this manages to keep me dry. Application is a little new since I just apply a dime size amount and lightly brush downwards with my fingers and it dissolves. No need to aggressively rub it in. If you use too much, you'll experience that gross collection of deodorant in those "armpit wrinkles" LOL whatever those are called. That's why if you use only a little bit, it looks and feels like nothing it there. Don't get me wrong if I sweat, I still sweat but it just doesn't seem as bad as before PLUS I legit don't smell like BO. The scent isn't strong at least not to me but I'm sensitive to perfumes anyhow so it's a win to just not smell bad. This jar will last me seriously forever. It's a 4/5 for me just because it isn't a cure all for perspiration and doesn't have that added fresh scent you would normally get from another product but hey it's a huge step in the right direction for natural deodorant. Maybe when this one's finally out, I'll try the Tea Tree. If they ever make a Eucalyptus scent-- I'll be the first to try!!

Not the best, but not the worst
I have very strong underarm body odor and this product was my first attempt at a natural deodorant. The first jar worked okay, lasting maybe 8 hours, but I noticed the more I used (a finger joint per underarm) the better it seemed to work, which meant the jar didn't last very long. The lavender scent was pleasant and I didn't have any rashes or discoloration on my skin or clothes. The second jar's contents were lighter in color and had a slightly plain yogurt scent on top of the lavender scent. The second jar seemed more effective, but not well enough to not try another brand of natural deodorant. This worked better than Primal Pit Paste for me, but not as well as Bali Secrets Natural Deodorant. Good luck in your search for the perfect natural deodorant for you!

Best of the best
Simply, the best! I bought this when Piper Wai was out of stock and didnt look back for three years. I recently messed up and ordered the wrong item (ordered Piper Wai again), but figured I would just use the one jar and go back to Kaiame after that. Yeah, nope. I still have 80% of the Piper jar but I just ordered the Kaiame anyway. It's the all-around best. Even over mainstream/commercial deodorants. It checks all the boxes; natural, aluminum-free, non-irritating, charcoal for absorption, and IT WORKS! I do occasionally have to oil-treat the underarms of some of my shirts. But, it's totally worth the occasional effort...

It's deodorant, what can you really say? This one works.
It's not that I love the smell. Or even like it. Or even notice it. It's not that the consistency is pleasingly weird (it kind of is, if you're used to a bar...like forming a sand castle, on your pits, except really it's just a flat flaky uneven layer). It's not that this is not-irritating, a totally subjective response any way you look at it, though I do fall into the zero-problems camp. It's not that I used this, ran out, and said, "This was absolutely the best deodorant; I'm a customer for life." All it is is that this stuff works. During the day I don't think about it, because I'm no longer smelling myself at noon. After a workout it doesn't occur I need more, because I don't. After a tense meeting and some public speaking I no longer worry about moving my arms at an angle range of approximately 14 degrees to avoid any put exposure. Because I never smell and the sweat gets sucked right up when I use this. Deodorant's, like, not something I want to spend a lot of money on. Or dig for best brands and reviews. I just don't want to waste my time on that. This brand worked well, better than other brands I've tried, so I'll use it again. And keep on not thinking about deodorant. Other stuff to note: this sucker is stupidly easy to pack on the road, and pretty fast to apply, though with long nails I kept forgetting and digging in, which makes for a picky half hour post-application. This guy is ALSO prone to temperature shifts. Down south it was a soft putty, up north a firm wet clay. This did not really make a difference in application.

Lasts Well and Has a Nice Scent
I’ve used a lot of different “natural” deodorants. I imagine that’s true for lots of folks who read these. A note to anyone trying this or a similar product, it takes a little getting used to. I was raised on stuff that came in applicators. If you told me I would be applying anything directly to my underarms I wouldn’t have believed it a decade ago. On the other hand I understand the ingredient list. That makes it worth it for me. This one is a lot thinner than some. It gets runny at temperatures over about 70. I keep that stick handy and stir a lot. Even when more solid it’s still less solid than some of the other ones I’ve tried. It also seems to have more essential oils. More charcoal, too, but not so much that it marks your clothes. It’s also got a nice scent. The other nice thing is it really doesn’t take more than a pea size bit to keep you going all day. Most appreciated is that it’s packaged in glass, as anything with essential oils should be. I haven’t used it long enough to be sure I’ll be happy with it in the long term, but I am so far. After August comes and goes I’ll know for sure. ***More... It made it through a miserable summer in fine style. For me, it lasts very well. I’ve been using it exclusively since August and am just now getting my third bottle. I’ve never had a reaction of any kind to it, which is a very good thing. I seem to have sensitive skin. It does everything it should, has a nice scent and spreads easily. And it lasts and lasts. The only thing I could possibly wish for is that it would never get runny. I hope this is helpful to someone. Thank you.
