Daily Facial Cleanser, Normal to Oily Skin, 16 Fl Oz

It's a good compromise between squeaky clean or heavily moisturized. It does dissolve makeup but it's not harsh. The smell is a clean "soapy" smell which is not too strong, but if you are looking for NO scent, pass on this one. It doesn't foam. A lot of cleansers are foam now, but I don't see the point. This is an inexpensive, simple facial cleanser that I think would fit most women's needs. Of all the facial cleansers I've tried I like this one best.

This has been the only facial cleanser I have been able to use for some time now. I saw it recommended by a makeup artist on youtube. For some reason when I started nearing my 30th yr, I started to break out along the top of my back and shoulders, as well as my face. Hormones change over time, so I guess it just happens! Anywho, this face wash has been a life saver for me! I use it on my face and back, and after using it for a few weeks I cleared up nicely, and now I rarely get any pimples. I am able to wear tank tops again without being embarrassed. I might sound like a cheesy infomercial talking about this, but I really can't say enough about how much it helped me. I had tried Proactive, clearasil, and so on and so on, but I found out that they were just really irritating my skin and making the situation a little worse. I really can't recommend this enough, I wish someone would have told me about it in my teenage years!

2 nice big cetaphil cleanser. No odor,no perfumes,lathers up nicely. Since using cetaphil face wash, I have had no itchiness or rashes, something that used to happen to me when I washed my face. Hypoallergenic and cleans my face as well as any other cleansers but at a great price.

I have tried every facial cleanser known to man and this is by far, the most superior. I wear a lot of makeup and use this to take it off nightly--eliminating the need for makeup wipes, cold creams, etc. and anything else harsh or aggravating to my sensitive skin. I love how it's not too foamy and never leaves my face dry, peeling or burning. It is extremely gentle and user-friendly (water optional!--it can also be used by can rubbing it in the skin and wiping the product off with a clean cloth)

Cetaphil is very gentle and great for sensitive skin. My husband and I have very different skin types and this works for both of us for daily use. The cons are that the consistency is pretty liquid-y. This cleanser is non-foaming and sometimes I don't feel like it's really getting my skin clean (especially if I have just been to the gym or sweat a lot) so every now and again I'll use neutropenia fresh foaming cleanser (which is also gentle but gives a nice foam).

I received a kidney transplant five years ago and the medications were causing my face to break out occasionally, and when it happened it took forever to clear up. While I didn't really try too many options, nothing that I did try helped and my transplant team didn't really give me much to work off of. Then one night about a year ago, after watching an infomercial for another product and reading all the horror stories in online reviews, I decided to scour the web for some sort of answer to my problem. I eventually stumbled across another transplant organization's website which recommended Cetaphil. I've been using this alongside the foaming face wash and I haven't broke out since. I'm not saying it's a miracle product, but it's dang close! I've ran out of the cleanser a couple times and it didn't take long for my face to start breaking out again.

I hate to admit it but I'm in love with this cleanser. The reason I say this is more because I'm mad for not buying this sooner. I've bad acne since I was a teen but once I turned 20 it got worse for some reason and I've always hated it. In the past week alone from having this my skin cleared up, smoothed out and some scars are starting to fade.. I can't believe it. 1 week. I've tried everything from expensive to dirt cheap cleansers and nothing has made my skin look this good. At first I wasn't too fond because of the way it lathers but man these results can't be beat. I'm impressed. I will continue using cetaphil and hopefully post an update in a few months.

I have been using this cleanser for a decade now. It never fails! I have super sensitive skin and it never irritates my skin. In the evening, I'd recommend using it on it's own.
