Popular Waffle Mix with the Kids
We have tried every pancake/waffle mix in the universe and this is the one we love. Naturally, we can't seem to find it, even in the metropolitan city of San Francisco. So I order on line which seems crazy but we do. This mix is very light and delicious. We use an Oster waffle maker (I don't think it cost more than $22) and the waffles are delicious. To make waffles, it requires the mix, eggs, oil and water. To make pancakes, you just add water.

Some of the best instant pancake mixes ever
Hungry Jack Complete Buttermilk is one of the best instant pancake mixes ever! I have tried Mrs. Butterworth, Krusteaz and WalMart store brands, and I must say, this one edges them all out for the 1st place in our house. (WalMart store brand is good, but their packaging is cheap, and is literally mix in a box; Hungry Jacks is packaged inside a plastic bag before boxed)The 6-pack I bought on Amazon was for the full sized boxes, and when I got them, they were about $2.00 a box on sale, which you really can't beat! I'd highly suggest this, if the price is right!
