Fit perfect to reduce my 100psi exterior pressure that blew my water softener resin tank.

size is ok function well with 60psi municipal,but Internal valve leak defective. I would like to have another try after watts exchanges a good one to me. -----12／07／25 update---- After I bought another one. No defect . No leak and all function well. I corrected the rating to 5.

I ordered this water pressure regulator for when mine goes out. They last about 5 years like clockwork and this size is usually hard to find as they're always on backorder. The price seemed to good to be true as I've had to buy one from a local plumbing supplier and they charge you an arm and a leg for one. Anyways it was the exact replacement I needed. I'd definitely recommend buying from them.

I installed it, was all happy since the pressure we had was around 85 psi. The pressure now varies between 65 psi dropping to 45 psi when flowing. But today I saw 75 psi, not happy, it's set at the factory setting of 50 psi. Purchased on Amazon, can’t get any info on if this is normal or a bad unit. Probably will replace it with a unit from local store. You just don't get warranty when you buy here.

This water pressure reducer/regulator was exactly what I needed to replace at my house. I had a plumber install it within half an hour. This took care of the water hammer noises which had become really worrisome over the last 6 months. The product advertised is exactly what the title said, although the picture was showing 1 1/2 " it is actually 1 1/4 " as was confirmed by the seller.

Regulator adjusts easily, was an easy swap, and doing it myself saved me a bit of money. A plumming company wanted $1300.00 to swap mine out.
