The Unscented Company Daily Shampoo, For Fine to Wavy Hair Types, Fragrance Free, 16.9 fl oz (500 ml)

I have a chemical sensitivity to fragrances and anything with a smell to it because it makes me sick. Please don't stop making this shampoo or conditioner. It cleans my hair really well and makes it soft. Definitely recommend giving this product a try! Apply product to your wet hair in sections of scalp, then length and dip your head under the shower a few times, the water makes it lather up and do the same for the conditioner. This is truly the only product that has no scent. It may not be the best for lathering but it will definitely clean your hair.

The shampoo works well for me with blonde, thin hairs. The bottle top leaked in the USPS mailer; it needs strapping tape or similar across the top to prevent the 'Press' button from being pressed. That has happened both times I ordered this product; the last time was November 2025 --> You have had time to fix this deficiency. That is why only four stars.

This shampoo is very light. After using it, my feels very natural and clean. It brings a natural shine to my hair.

I like the product, I am allergic to fragrance, but ordered twice and both times the bottle leaked in the bag. The first time it was bad and had to exchange for a new one because 1/5 of the bottle was gone, this time it wasn’t as bad so I just kept it. Please put those little tabs on the bottle to keep it from leaking.

Originally I read the reviews and was somewhat apprehensive because a few had said the shampoo bottle arrived with the cap loose and shampoo had leaked. I decided to order anyway and the problem had been addressed and there was tape over the top and it was in plastic. I'm glad because I really like the shampoo. It has no scent,which is what I wanted and it does a great job cleaning my hair. I will be reordering.

I bought this hoping that it would actually get my oily hair clean. It left a slimy residue that would not wash out (probably the rice protein in it) I think it would be a much better product if the rice protein was left out. It may perform better in harder water (my water is very soft). After using this shampoo - 1 day elapsed - Hair developed a slightly off smell, maybe slightly rancid - day 2 hair full of oil - smelled of BO and developed sores on scalp - day 3 - hair smelled like butt. Needless to say I will not be buying this shampoo again. I am really tired of shampoo products that do not rinse out and have offending odors, either initially or 1-2 days later. The primary reason that this has been happening over the past decade and a half is that shampoo manufacturers are constantly trying ways to cheapen manufacturing with cheaper chemicals that either leave residues or become rapidly unstable.

Pros: Gentle and odor free. Half the price of the product I was buying. My hair feels soft. Con: This shampoo doesn’t lather well. I have short hair and find it doesn’t lather over my hair. It might not work for someone with long hair.

Really like this shampoo

I’ve been looking for a good unscented shampoo for a while because I’m sensitive to strong fragrances, and this one is a winner. It actually has no smell at all—not even that "chemical" scent some fragrance-free products have. It lathers surprisingly well for a naturally derived formula and leaves my hair feeling clean without that stripped, dry feeling. I also love that it’s Canadian-made and biodegradable. If you have a sensitive scalp or just want something simple that actually works, I highly recommend this. Plus, the 500ml bottle is a great size and lasts quite a while! On top of all of this, it is a Montreal / Quebec / Canada brand, a local, woman-owned brand. So it goes without saying I am only buying this brand.

Scent free and my hair loves it - will be buying more!
